Q. How does the ordering process work?
Ordering at New Balance Harrisburg is a simple 1-step process.
After selecting your New Balance merchandise and placing it into your gymbag:
1) Click "proceed to checkout" to complete your shipping and payment information;
then click "place order" to finalize your order.
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
After your order has shipped, we will send a shipment notification with details on tracking your order.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders usually ship within 1-2 days depending upon the time of your order submission. All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday. PO Box addresses will receive orders via the US Postal service.

How long will it take to receive my order?
UPS Select orders should be received within 5-7 business days ( West Coast 6-8 business days ) from the time of your order.
UPS Ground orders should be received within 7-9 business days from the time of your order

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Based on the corporate policy of New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., we are restricted from filling orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. Please visit the corporate website at www.newbalance.com for International orders.
